COVID-19 S-Protein (S1RBD) Human IgA ELISA Kit | Standard 96-well plates (12 strips with 8 wells/strip) are coated with the SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD protein, which combines with the corresponding antibody present in a sample and Positive control, which used as calibration curve for interpretation purposes. The wells are washed, and biotinylated anti-human IgA antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells, and color develops in proportion to the amount of COVID19 S1 RBD protein human IgA antibody bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.
The Positive Controls are from an inactivated serum sample which contains SARS-COV-2 S1 RBD protein human IgA antibody. We do not know the exact amount of SARS-COV-2 S1 RBD protein human IgA antibody in the Positive Control sample. The Positive Control can be used as a calibration curve for interpretation purposes in different assays. | $1,045.00$1,130.00
Fatty Acid composition | The fatty acid profile of oil is determined by gas chromatography of fatty acid methyl esters according to: International Organization for Standardization (ISO) methods 12966-1:2014 Part 1: Guidelines on modern gas chromatography of fatty acid methyl esters; and ISO 12966-2:2011 Part 2: Preparation of methyl esters of fatty acid. | 2 | $630.00
Free Fatty Acids | Free fatty acid content is provided and expressed as a percentage of weight of oleic acid in the extracted oil using method of Ke et al., Analytica Chimica Acta 99:387-391 (1978). | 2 | $449.00
Germination energy | Germination energy is determined using American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC) Method Barley-3c. | 7 | $293.00
Gluten index | Gluten index is determined using American Association of Cereal Chemists International (AACCI) Method 38-12.02. | 5 | $430.00
Glyphosate | The glyphosate content of the sample, initially obtained by enyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology, is assessed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. | 7 | $488.00
Glyphosate – ELISA 2 to 3 samples | The glyphosate content of the sample is determined by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology. | 7 | $678.00 |
