About BioAnalix
Research connected to practical application.
BioAnalix is a Toronto biotechnology company building polymer microfluidic devices and screening platforms for genetic diagnostics research, disease modelling and protein engineering.
Founded in 2021
Our work connects polymer device engineering, biosensors and bioanalytical testing. We support research and product development through platforms, analytical services and research products.
Three research programmes
- Protein and enzyme stability engineering
- PWS-on-Chip disease modelling, in active development
- Point-of-care genetic testing, in development
Responsible scale-up
We consider material efficiency, smaller sample volumes and scalable manufacturing as part of platform design. Sustainability decisions are evaluated project by project alongside performance and regulatory requirements.
A collaborative approach
We work with academic researchers and development teams to turn scientific questions into practical tools. BioAnalix is affiliated with H2i at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto.
